CloZee and Odyzey Music are bringing the second annual Voyage Festival event to the world famous subterranean music venue, The Caverns, on September 23-25 in Pelham, TN outside of Nashville.

Immerse yourself in three full days of music, arts, and activities curated by CloZee and Odyzey. This will be an intimate, limited capacity event, packed with amazing music during the day and at night.

 

All passes include camping, access to daytime live music, art and activities (including access to cave tours during the day), three nighttime shows in The Caverns including 3 sets by CloZee, and a beautiful community experience!

VOYAGE 2022 3-Day Ticket Includes:

3-day access to all nighttime concerts in The Caverns, a complimentary camping spot (see details on camping below), day parking if you choose to drive separate and join your camping party, all daytime activities including live music, art, and vendors.

VOYAGE 2022 Single Day Ticket Includes:

Single day access to all nighttime concerts in The Caverns, daytime activities (Sat + Sun only) including live music, art, and vendors, and complimentary day parking. A camping ticket add-on will be available for purchase separately.

With your purchase, you will receive:

  • One (1) ticket to Voyage 2022

  • Access to the the main festival venue

  • Access to daytime activities on Sat & Sunday

  • Complimentary parking (see below for camping & day parking information)

  • Big Room Cave Tour Access (first come, first served)

This event is 18+. All patrons must have a valid form of ID. Each ticket only applies to 1 person. Each person needs to purchase their own pass.

 

Box office and camping check in opens at 10am CST. Guest list will check in at box office.

Camping & Parking Info
CAMPING & PARKING INFO

Ticket holders can access to the Campgrounds starting Friday 9/23 at 10AM CT. The Campgrounds close at 11AM CT on Monday 9/26.

GENERAL CAMPING INFO

  • 3-day camping is included with all 3-day passes to the event. Single-day camping passes are also available. Your windshield will be marked with a washable marker to indicate camping lot parking. To enter camping, all must show a 3 Day event pass or a single-day camping pass or you will not be allowed to enter camping. 

  • Camping Check In Hours: Friday 10AM-11PM, Saturday 10AM-11PM, Sunday 10AM-11PM

  • Please check in at the Main Entrance off of Charlie Roberts Road. Once your ticket has been scanned you will receive your event wristbands and be directed to the camping area. Camping lots are open according to the check-in times above. 

  • Camping is primitive with porta potties throughout the camping area. A limited number of trailer porta potties and showers will be available for all camping guests near camping vendors.  

  • Trash & recycling receptacles are available at each porta potty. 

  • Camping spaces are 20’ x 20’ spots that are big enough for one car + 1-2 tents and a hanging area for up to 4 people. Camping sites will be marked with spray paint on the ground to delineate your area. 

  • No saving camping spots - you must arrive with everyone you want to camp with at the same time. You are not allowed to save camping spaces, campsites are first come, first served. Please no idle parking onsite waiting for others to arrive - staff will ask you to move. 

  • Camping spaces will be assigned to you upon arrival. Parking attendants will show you your camping space. Camping will be filled based upon arrival. For your safety please do not ask to park anywhere other than where they show you to park. 

  • All patrons must depart the site by 11a CT on Monday, September 26th

Grills:

  • Gas Grills are permitted at the Caverns campground. Oversize grills, BBQ Pits, large fire pits and other large cooking elements are not allowed. A “backyard gas grill” and below is a good rule of thumb for considering your size. Please do not bring charcoal grills, wood grills, tiki torches, or any type of fuel. Propane tanks restricted to 20lbs and under only, no larger sizes will be permitted. All of these items will be confiscated at the gates and will not be returned.

Generators:

  • Power Generators are allowed, but we encourage quiet generators. If you have a loud one, you may be asked to turn it off during quiet hours.

Fires:

  • Open Fires are permitted at The Campsite within reason. You may not have a fire on the ground. You will need to bring your own above ground fire ring or grill to have a fire. Please do not start a fire before your show begins. If you do start a fire before your event, it must be completely extinguished when leaving the campground or leaving the fire unattended for any reason. The Caverns staff reserves the right to ask any patron to extinguish their fire(s).

 

Respectful Noise Levels:

  • The Caverns institutes Quiet Camping Hours beginning at 11PM CT each night. After this time, we ask that you keep noise levels to a respectful minimum that cannot travel beyond your campsite. Amplified sound/audio is not permitted after this time. We appreciate you helping us maintain a respectful experience for the local residents!

 

SINGLE-DAY TICKET HOLDERS

  • Please check in at the Main Entrance off of Charlie Roberts Road. Once your ticket has been scanned you will receive your event wristbands and be directed to the single-day parking area. Your windshield will be marked with a washable marker to indicate single-day parking. 

  • Single-day patrons who have not purchased a camping add-on must have their cars offsite by 3:00a CT the night of the show. Patrons risk towing at their own expense if vehicles are left in place. 

ARRIVAL & CHECK-IN

All patrons will enter the festival grounds via the Main Entrance for the venue located off of Charlie Roberts Rd. A parking attendant will be on the road to show you where to go. Please do not arrive before the check-in hours listed above. There will be no idle parking outside of the venue prior to the gates opening.   

Camping & Parking Lot re-entry until 8:00p CT only. For everyone's safety please do not drive in/out of parking lots once set up unless for an emergency.

This event is 18+ - please have IDs ready to show at check-in. 

 

Security Screening

Please be aware and prepared that all vehicles, personal belongings, bags, cooler and all personal items will be subject to search upon arrival and at any time at the discretion of the event organizers & security. All items listed in the Prohibited Items list below as well as all/any illegal items are not permitted in the campgrounds, performance area, parking areas or the venue. No glass is permitted onsite. No weapons of any kind are permitted, including pocket knives. All patrons will also be screened every time they enter the venue property from camping. All cars are subject to search upon arrival at check-in. To speed up your check-in process please have your cooler(s) easily accessible for screening. 

 

Ticketing Check-In

Please have your event tickets saved to your phone or printed for a quick check-in. Please have them out to show festival staff. You will receive a wristband at check-in once your tickets are scanned. All tickets were sold via the Tixr platform. Please be sure your tickets were purchased from Tixr. Any and all other tickets are not valid.

Please note: The Caverns is in the Central time zone! The venue sits on the edge of both CST and EST time zones - your phones or GPS synced clocks may change back and forth. We recommend hard-setting them to CST time zone. Either way, please keep this in mind!

Prohibited Items in Camping Area:

**These items will be confiscated if found and may not be returned.**

  • Weapons of any kind, including but not limited to:

    • Firearms (with or without permit)

    • Pocket Knives, multi-tools, or knives of any size

    • Pepper Spray or Mace

  • Illegal Substances

  • Fireworks or Flares flying prayer papers, or explosives

  • No oversized grills, smokers, BBQ pits, etc

  • Illicit Goods or illegal substances

  • Laser Pointers

  • Professional Camera Equipment or flash photography.

  • Audio or Video recording devices

  • Noise Making devices

  • Pets, other than service animals; does not include comfort animals

  • No unauthorized Vending

  • No gas/fuel cans of any kind (with the exception of small propane containers for camp stoves listed above)

  • No Kegs

FAQ + General Info:

  • When is the earliest I can arrive? 10AM CST Friday-Sunday

  • What is the size of the camping space? 20’x20’ flat grassy space. Basically enough room for your car, a couple tents and a hang out space.

  • Can I park my car next to my camping space? It must fit within the 20'x20' space. 

  • What is maximum capacity per camping spot? 4 persons.

  • Are RV’s welcome?  Yes, you’ll just need to purchase a RV camping pass in addition to your regular ticket. Each camping pass covers one 20’x20’ space. If your vehicle is 40’ long, you’ll need to purchase two camping passes. There are no hookups, power or water. 

  • Can I save a campsite for a friend? No, All camping spots are a first come, first serve basis.

  • Is there day parking? Am I required to camp? 

    • Yes there is day parking. No, you are not required to camp, but we advise that all attendees camp for the best overall VOYAGE experience. 

    • If you are staying off-site during the event and plan to leave each night you will want to use the Day Parking Lot. Day Parking ends one hour after music ends and any vehicles parked after this time will be towed at the owners expense. Inform the Parking Staff of your intentions when you arrive and they will point you in the right direction.

  • Dogs are not permitted in camping or concert grounds unless they are certified service animals. 

  • Ice will be available for purchase each day at The Caverns General Store located in the campground. Hours will be approximately 1p CT - 9p CT each day, please see staff for schedule and plan your purchases and keep things cool. 

  • The Caverns is an outdoor venue. Please wear appropriate comfortable, athletic/hiking footwear. The ground is not level so please be aware of your surroundings and walk carefully. This is a natural space in the elements.

 

First Aid & Police

In case of an emergency, please call 911 whenever outside of the cave. First aid is available onsite near the door of The Cave and at the First Aid tent in the Camping Area. Police and ambulance will be onsite 24 hours a day for your safety and protection. Please seek out event staff if anything occurs and ask for assistance immediately. Please reference the site map for locations of first aid. Please see/notify site staff or police if you see anything out of the ordinary, unusual or if anyone makes you uncomfortable. Also, look out for each other and inform staff if someone does not appear to be able to safely navigate the site so we can assist them and avoid any injuries.

Food & Water Onsite

  • Food vendors will be set up in the campground and onsite at the Odyzey Stage. Please see vendors onsite for hours and menus. Only official approved event vending will be allowed. No other sales will be allowed.

  • A potable water station will be set up in the campgrounds near the vendors for all patrons. Please stay hydrated! Potable water will be available inside The Cave at refilling stations near the bar/concessions area. Empty, clear water bottles under 64 ounces will be allowed into the venue. Please see the allowed event FAQs for all prohibited items. 

  • There is no potable water available at The Odyzey Stage. Water is available for purchase at this stage.

 

Craft Vendors

  • Craft vendors will be set up near The Odyzey Stage. Only official approved event vending will be allowed. No other sales will be allowed.

  • Approximate Craft Vendor hours are as follows: 

  • Friday, September 23rd: 7:00p - 2:30a CT

  • Saturday, September 24th: 10:00a - 2:30a CT

  • Sunday, September 25th: 11:00a - 2:30a CT

  • Please see each individual vendor for their specific hours of operation. 

  • Dance Safe will be set up near The Odyzey Stage for anyone in need of assistance that is not a medical emergency or has questions regarding general event safety and best practices. 

 

COVID Protocol:

  • We recommend you come prepared with your personal COVID-19 PPE that matches your comfort level.
